Ordering Procedures:

• Transcript Ordering Center: Transcript requests can be submitted electronically through our secure online transcript ordering center accessible twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week 
• Transcript Selection: The transcript ordering center allows you to choose your preferred delivery method (electronic or physical mail via first-class or certified).
• Payment Processing: A secure payment gateway is integrated within the portal, enabling you to settle the transcript fee conveniently using a major credit card.
• Order Tracking: The portal provides a user-friendly interface for tracking the status of your transcript request in real-time.

Transcript Delivery Options:

We offer a variety of delivery options to accommodate your needs. You can choose from electronic delivery (generally the fastest option) or physical mail via First Class, Certified, International, or Express. Processing times will vary depending on the chosen delivery method.

Official Transcripts:

Please note that transcripts delivered electronically or by mail through this authorized service are considered official documents issued by Los Angeles Pacific University. They bear the official university seal and registrar’s signature to ensure authenticity.

We encourage current students and alumni to take advantage of this convenient and secure transcript ordering system.

Final grades are generally available 3-5 business days after the session ends.  Degrees are conferred 2-3 weeks after the session ends.

Unofficial transcripts

Unofficial transcripts are not accessible through Los Angeles Pacific University’s ordering service. Current and, in some cases, former students can access or print an unofficial transcript from their student portal.

All transcript orders require a major credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express) to complete the transaction.
