Callista Dawson
My earliest memory is from the APOU ribbon cutting ceremony. I was not on staff yet, but my husband was. I attended with my newborn son, Ryder, who was only 3 weeks old. During the festivities, I needed to find somewhere to go change his diaper, so I slipped upstairs to my husband’s office and laid out my portable changing pad. When I lifted Ryder out of his car seat, I found that his diaper had exploded and proceeded to make a huge mess. Luckily, I had a full supply of baby wipes and a fresh clean outfit in the diaper bag. I got everything all cleaned up, and no one was the wiser!
My fondest memories all include food, games, and friends! I have had so much fun over the past decade making new friends, eating some amazing food, and having tons of fun! I am so grateful to work for a company where Jesus always has a seat at the table, where coworkers become family, and where I get to do work that I truly love.
The future is bright!
