Joyce Williams-Maxwell, DBA

Joyce Williams-Maxwell has over 25 years of senior leadership experience providing oversight in the areas of finance, technology, human resources, and administration in both for-profit and non-profit organizational settings, including 10 years in higher education. She is currently the Chief Financial and Operating Officer at Community Partners. Prior to this role, she served as Vice President of Administration and Chief Financial Officer at California State University Los Angeles and as Executive Director of Finance at Azusa Pacific University.
Dr. Williams-Maxwell serves as Treasurer of the board of the Hollywood Police Activities League. She earned a Doctor of Business Administration from Grenoble Ecole De Management, a Master of Business Administration from Keller Graduate School, a Master of Information Systems from the University of Illinois, Springfield, and a Bachelor of Science from California State University, Los Angeles. She is a member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. Dr. Williams-Maxwell has served as a trustee of Los Angeles Pacific University since 2021.
